This fixes the Venocuff in position and at the same time fixes the diameter of the Venocuff. The appropriate phenotypic hole has been determined preoperatively and is positioned under the venocuff buckle. Step4 Suturing through the adventitia of the LSV and the inferior aspect of Venocuff belt and buckle.
